Our Return Policy

At Carolina Liguori Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your jewelry, we're here to help make it right.

Return Period

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at caro@carojewelry.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 2 business days
  3. Once approved, you'll receive detailed instructions on how to return your item
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item back to us using the provided return shipping label
  6. We'll process your return within 5-7 business days of receiving the item

Refund Options

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund using your original payment method. You can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider's processing time.

Return Shipping Costs

For defective or damaged items: We will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

For returns due to preference change: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, if you'd like to exchange your item for another piece of equal or greater value, we'll waive the return shipping fee.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for another piece of equal or greater value. If you choose a higher-priced item, you'll only need to pay the difference. If you choose a lower-priced item, we'll refund the difference.

Exchanges must be requested within the 30-day return period and the original item must be in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom jewelry pieces and made-to-order items
  • Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at caro@carojewelry.com with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Cancellations

Standard Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped yet.

Custom Orders: Once production has begun on custom pieces, cancellations are not accepted. A 50% deposit is required for custom orders and is non-refundable once production starts.
